working principle

Organic heat carrier furnace is a new type of special boiler, also known as thermal oil furnace. It has low pressure and high temperature working characteristics, and its heating temperature can reach 340 ℃ in liquid phase or 400 ℃ in vapor phase. Organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production situations where uniform and stable heating is not allowed, and the direct heating of the flame is not allowed for the heating temperature between 150 ° C and 380 ° C. Organic heat carrier furnaces generally use coal, oil, steam as fuel, and heat-conducting oil as the medium. The medium is circulated in liquid by using a hot oil circulating oil pump. The heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. The function of medium with high working temperature is obtained under pressure, and the operation of the medium can be controlled with high precision. The system has high heat utilization rate, convenient operation and maintenance, and is an ideal heating equipment with safety, high efficiency and energy saving.

1. Strong adaptability to different fuels

The combustion equipment is designed separately from the upper furnace body, and the furnace structure can be individually designed according to the different properties of the solid fuel;

2. Diversity of grate structure

The grate of this structure has two forms: fixed and movable. Depending on the nature of the fuel, manual or mechanical feeding can be used.

3.Large diameter combustion chamber

The boiler combustion chamber is composed of vertical large-diameter coils. The coil structure is either in series or in parallel. The fuel combustion space is sufficient, the combustion is complete, and the thermal efficiency is high.

4. Coil design

The inner and outer spiral coils of the furnace are made of multiple-head, small-diameter steel pipes. The coils have good thermal expansion performance, low stress, and are safe and reliable.

5. Process design

The flue gas has three passes, and the medium flows through the inner and outer coils. The flow velocity is uniform, and the operation is safe and stable.

6. Sufficient output

The heating surface is reasonably arranged, the area is large, the heat transfer effect is good, the efficiency is high, and the output is stable and sufficient.

7. Perfect automatic control measures

Control the precise oil temperature, and set multiple control protections for medium temperature, pressure and super smoke temperature to ensure safe operation.
