Working principle of RF series high and medium temperature hot blast stove:
The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of the hot blast stove are integrated into a whole, adopting a full-steel multi-layer sleeve structure. The lower part of the furnace core is the combustion chamber, and the upper and surrounding are circular heat exchangers. The air and flue gas are double-return. The channel performs heat exchange. In order to improve the thermal efficiency, the multi-head spiral groove heat exchange technology and turbulent flow principle are used to reduce the laminar flow thickness, so that the air and flue gas can continuously exchange rotation directions during travel, which greatly enhances the heat exchange effect. Main working process: Coal combustion generates high-temperature flue gas in the furnace, enters the smoke ring under the action of the fan, and after exchanging heat with the outside air, it is discharged from the chimney through the flue, and the cold air is blown into the shell of the hot blast stove by the blower and passes through the furnace. The air ring that flows into the outer side of the furnace top is supplied by the hot air outlet pipe to the equipment that needs clean hot air.
